We ship across the USA:
- USPS – delivered in 2-5 days on average
Same day shipping applies for all orders received and paid for before 1:00PM EST on weekdays; these are shipped out the same day. Orders received after 1:00PM EST will be processed and shipped next day. During days of high order volume, your order may take up to 48 hours to ship.
Orders are shipped Monday-Friday (and usually Saturdays!).
Orders returned to sender due to customer error will incur a $10 reshipment fee.
Reship of delayed or lost packages are considered on a per case basis
Is Styrofoam ice pack shipping necessary?
No – our peptides are in lyophilized freeze dried powder form. They are significantly more stable in this form as opposed to a solution and can withstand temperature variations during transit without significant degradation.
